The TRAENÁIL system and its reports are designed to provide a clear line of sight into the training participation and results of employees.

TRAENÁIL doesn’t simply ‘check a box’ that an employee attended or participated in a training course. TRAENÁIL’s reports let managers and training departments see how the employee performed in training. In addition, managers can see where employees are showing competence or knowledge of the material. Most importantly, they can see where there is a need for additional training. This vision expands so that a company as a whole can be reviewed looking for common successes or opportunities.
Reports are available by campaign or period on a quarterly, yearly or custom basis.
Below are samples of the available reports from TRAENÁIL.
Employee Participation Report
This report shows the amount of participation for an employee. Specifically, it shows participation during a particular period or campaign. And finally, compares that to your company’s training participation requirements. This is a basic Compliance report that helps you satisfy regulatory and compliance audits.
Campaign Game Winners
This report simply lists all of the winners of the game portion of TRAENÁIL.
Campaign Results Report
This report shows your employees in order of performance in the rewards/game portion of the system. Moreover, as an employee does better on the quizzes, they have a greater opportunity to win the campaign.
Company Overview Report
This report shows each employee and the number of days that they participated in the training. In addition, it shows the number of questions they were asked along with their percent of correct answers. Employees are compared with your company’s training policy. As a result, this allows you to see if employees have met your training participation requirements. Using this report, a company can identify engaged employees from non-engaged employees. Additionally, you can see those employees who understand the material or those who are in need of additional attention.
Employee Aptitude Report
This report is simply a company overview of the total number of questions an employee has been asked and the percentage they got correct. So, when you need a quick report that shows an employee’s understanding of material, this would be the report to use.
Question Metric Report
This report lists all of the questions asked of employees. In addition, it shows the number of correct versus incorrect answers. From this data, management and training departments can identify concepts and material that needs additional education or less focus. This report allows companies to target content appropriately and not waste valuable time or resources on material already learned.
